| Miami native Richard has designed his way from San Francisco to Miami and is currently residing in New York City. A 2003 graduate of California College of the Arts (née CCAC, California College of Arts and Crafts), he was actively involved with Sputnik, the school's student design team, directed by Bob Aufuldish. He later went on to become the in-house designer for the Rubell Family Collection, one of the country's most influential contemporary art galleries. Then followed a shift to the advertising world, where his endurance and type sensibility were fostered at renegade ad shop, Crispin Porter + Bogusky. Currently, he is working on a freelance project with design studio Helicopter. Richard's work has been recognized by the Art Directorís Club, AIGA, Adobe, and Graphis. |
